1. What should I bring for my dog's reservation?
* Their regular food (portioned out by meal in a container or plastic bag)
* Any treats they would enjoy during their stay. (We also offer a variety of resort treats available for purchase)
* Any medications or supplements required with clear instructions
* A limit of one toy and one blanket or bed (do NOT pack any valuable items)
What NOT to bring :
* No glass or ceramic bowls
* Nothing valuable from home
* No unlabeled medications

2. What does my dog's daily schedule look like?
* 6:30 AM - first potty break
* 7:30 AM - breakfast
* 10:00 AM - first group play session
* 12:00 PM - lunch / nap
* 2:00 PM - second group play session
* 3:30 PM - dinner
* 5:00 PM - final group play session

3. Can I schedule a tour of the facility?
* Absolutely! We'd love to show you around. Tours are available by appointment Monday through Thursday so we can give you our full attention while ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.

4. What vaccinations are required?
* For the safety of all guests, dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccinations before checking in.

5. Do you require temperament testing?
* While we do not require temperament testing to book a service/reservation, we do not accept guests that are not "dog friendly".
Policies
Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may be charged 50% of the reserved services.

No-shows may also be subject to a 50% charge.
Deposits

$5 deposit required to book reservations​

50% deposit required to book Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Spring Break reservations
Payments

payment is due in full at the time of check-in
Late Check-outs
-
check-outs after 12PM will incur a $25 fee per pet

any pets not checked out by 6PM sharp will be required to spend an additional night and incur an extra night's charge
